Background: The building was completed in 1991. When it was completed, water leaked from the basement, which seriously affected the operation of the bank. Important documents and electrical equipment could not be stored as required. After years of repair by different methods, it failed to meet the requirements. In 2000, after the installation of electroosmotic pulse anti-seepage dehumidification system in the underground fire pool, the basement has been permanently in a dry state, and the humidity is higher than the design requirements.
